About Me

What I Believe

The Ninth Amendment is the most overlooked sentence in our Constitution. Having strong convictions is not the same as being closed-minded. The acquisition of wealth is not a zero-sum game. All income tax is confiscatory. Voting is always about choosing the least worst candidate. A federal budget surplus simply means we are overtaxed.

Violent crime does not always correlate to poverty levels. People starve because of corruption and inefficient distribution — not overpopulation. Judicial activism is inherently wrong; judges who reduce sentences for convicts who "express remorse" should be disbarred. "Illegal immigrant" is an oxymoron as "immigrant" implies legality. A gun is not a criminal. True peace is not merely the absence of opposition.

It is sometimes easier to communicate with music rather than with words. The glass is half full. Life is getting progressively better.

Abortion stops a beating heart. Life only has meaning if we have a purpose. Our purpose is to love and serve God.
